They must find the hidden Apocalypse Grimoire, which holds the key to Malice's defeat. But to do so, Tristan must cope with his forbidden powers.

Time quickly becomes an enemy as Tristan searches for an impossible cure to save his friend, but he isn’t ready to give up. Rumor has it that the High Wizard, Ashley Blanchett, has an elixir. The problem is, no one has seen her since magic was outlawed.
Can Tristan find Blanchett before his friend becomes one of the undead? Or will the hordes of zombies and daunting secrets be too much against his magic?

Malice intends to control the most powerful creatures in the Haunted Lands: dragons.
Tristan and his friends must travel to the Dragon Isles and amass a dragon army of their own, despite the political turmoil between the tribes. In addition to the hordes of dragon-riding zombies, the Cadre looms closer, knowing magic has resurfaced. Tristan must choose. Will he risk revealing himself as a wizard or hide and watch his home collapse in flames?
